TSUM Kyiv is the flagship department store of Ukraine, located in the heart of Kyiv, and a key destination for shopping, culture, and leisure.
Originally established in 1939, TSUM Kyiv is one of the city's most iconic buildings. Its historical facade survived World War II and played a central role in the postwar reconstruction of central Kyiv. In 2016, following a large-scale redevelopment project led by ESTA Holding, TSUM Kyiv re-opened as a modern European department store, setting a new benchmark for retail in Ukraine. Its reconstruction increased its total area to 45,000 m².
Today, TSUM Kyiv has eight floors with different categories of clothing, a food hall and a premium multiplex cinema. This makes it not only a shopping destination, but also a cultural and social hub. The department store operates under a hybrid business model that includes own buy, leasing, commission, e-commerce and private labels. It attracts an average of 200,000 visitors a month. The brand portfolio includes 129 brands of own buy, 300 Ukrainian brands, more than 1000 international and local brands, and more than 500 brands on the tsum.ua marketplace.
