Ukrtelecom is Ukraine’s national telecommunications operator and has the largest internet network and fibre-optic infrastructure in the country. It provides connectivity to households, businesses, government institutions, and social infrastructure facilities, strengthening the country’s digital resilience and supporting the development of a modern digital ecosystem. It is the sole founder and owner of LLC TriMob, which delivers mobile communication services under trademark U Mobile.

Ukrtelecom has been part of SCM since 2013.

It consistently invests in developing and modernising its telecommunications infrastructure, improving its resilience and ability to operate during power outages, and providing users with modern, fast, and reliable connectivity.

These initiatives include replacing copper lines with optical fibre and expanding the coverage of its GPON network, which remains operational during power outages and provides internet speeds of up to 1 Gbps.

Even during the full-scale war, Ukrtelecom continues to expand its network by building thousands of kilometres of fibre-optic cable each year. The company’s fibre-optic network now spans more than 95,000 kilometres, covering 3.4 million Ukrainian households.

Ukrtelecom is also the largest taxpayer among fixed-line communication providers in Ukraine.
