In 2024, Ukrtelecom has continued to expand its optical infrastructure, restore network operations following ongoing enemy attacks, and provide internet access to 90% of the settlements previously covered by the operator’s network before Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Operational efficiency
Ukrtelecom continues to demonstrate strong operational efficiency. For the first nine months of 2024, the company reported total revenue of approximately UAH 3.6 billion.
During the first three quarters of 2024, the company’s EBITDA exceeded UAH 850 million, with an EBITDA margin of 24%.
Capital investments totalled UAH 725 million.
Ukrtelecom has consistently met its obligations to the state, paying around UAH 1 billion in taxes to budgets at all levels during the first nine months of 2024. Since the start of the full-scale war, the company has contributed a total of UAH 3.8 billion in taxes.
