Children of Metinvest employees have taken part in a two-week wellness camp at Lake Synevyr.
The most recent Synevyr Camp session brought together children of Metinvest employees - those whose parents are currently defending Ukraine, have returned to work after demobilisation, or belong to families of POWs and fallen soldiers.
The camp offered a variety of activities: excursions, competitions, workshops, sports and psychological training, and more. The programme was designed to help children of defenders improve both their physical and mental wellbeing and to bring them together into a supportive community.
This time, more than 70 children from Metinvest Group employee families participated in the camp.
Metinvest also runs a number of programmes for veteran employees, including Free Waves aquatic rehabilitation, wellness initiatives at the Veteran Camp, counselling through the Speak up, Veteran platform, and more.
Additional support at Metinvest enterprises includes professional retraining through the Corporate University, access to higher education at Metinvest Polytechnic, tailored workplace adaptation, mentorship, and engagement in the enterprise’s veteran community.
