Ukrtelecom is Ukraine’s national telecommunications operator and has the largest internet network and fibre-optic infrastructure in the country. It is the sole founder and owner of LLC TriMob, which delivers mobile communication services.

Ukrtelecom has been part of SCM since 2013. It is implementing large-scale development and modernisation projects aimed at upgrading its telecommunications infrastructure. These initiatives include replacing copper lines with optical fibre and expanding service coverage.

Even during the full-scale war, Ukrtelecom continues to expand its network by building thousands of kilometres of fibre-optic cable each year. In 2024 alone, nearly 7,000 kilometres were installed, enabling over 3 million households to access modern digital services. Today, the company’s fibre-optic network exceeds 90,000 kilometres.

Ukrtelecom is also the largest taxpayer among fixed-line communication providers in Ukraine.
