An electronic warfare dome is set to assist Ukrainian soldiers in their defence in the Avdiivka axis.
This strategic area, where the unfolding events have captured global attention, is a key target for the Russian army’s aggressive push towards Avdiivka. The Russian forces are employing tactics of overwhelming the Ukrainian Armed Forces positions with cannon fodder and FPV drones. In a strategic move to disrupt and ‘confuse’ the enemy, Metinvest has provided an electronic warfare dome to the defenders fighting in the Avdiivka direction. The contribution was made as part of Rinat Akhmetov’s Steel Front military initiative. In addition to the EW dome, Metinvest has supplied a range of essential equipment, including binoculars and Ecoflows.
The Avdiivka direction holds significant importance for us. We have successfully completed the evacuation of everyone from AKHZ, including all employees, ensuring their safety in secure cities.
