In 2024, 153 participants of FUIB RUN completed nearly 5,000 runs covering a total distance of 40,500 km. Every run of at least 3 km recorded on Strava app generated a donation from the bank to the Fund for supporting the bank’s conscripted colleagues.
Additionally, the club raised funds to meet the defenders’ needs by participating in events such as Kyiv Unbreakable Half Marathon by Run Ukraine and the club’s Meeting Half Way race. Each kilometre covered contributed an extra donation to the Fund.
The mission of FUIB RUN is to promote a healthy lifestyle while supporting Ukrainian defenders. Every run by a club member strengthens personal health, while the bank allocates funds to aid conscripted colleagues. More runs mean more help.
In 2024, club members doubled their fundraising compared to 2023. UAH 325,000 raised in 2024 was used to purchase military tourniquets, military clothing, protective gear, charging stations, and to fund vehicle repairs, rehabilitation for wounded colleagues, and support for the families of fallen soldiers.
