How does FUIB support the Security and Defence Forces?
Since 2022, FUIB has provided thousands of units of equipment to military units, including communications and power systems, surveillance and control devices, tactical clothing, vehicles, aerial reconnaissance devices, electronic warfare equipment and hospital supplies, through direct procurement of over UAH 540 million ($12 million). In 2025 alone, the bank provided over UAH 151 million ($3.4 million) in support. Its running club, PUMBRUN, holds training sessions as fundraisers for mobilised colleagues.
What is FUIB doing to support blood donation?
Through its "We Are of One Blood" initiative, now with 50 partners, FUIB funds tactical medicine, equipment for paramedics and adaptive clothing for wounded defenders. In 2025 the initiative helped purchase over 2,200 units of tactical medicine and 2,640 items of adaptive clothing. FUIB also runs the "Warm-Blooded" donor project with Mastercard, DonorUA and Blood Agents, whose mobile hub collected over 921 litres of blood in 2025 — enough to potentially help save more than 6,000 lives.
How is FUIB improving accessibility?
FUIB invested over UAH 24 million ($0.5 million) in accessible spaces and services in 2025. By the end of the year, all 207 operating branches had accessible entrances, and standard branches offered a QR code to reach a professional sign language interpreter. The bank also installed voice assistants in ATMs and adapted its mobile applications and website.
How does FUIB support its employees and education?
FUIB provided over UAH 75 million ($1.7 million) to employees who faced hardship because of the war, and invested UAH 69 million ($1.5 million) in education. The bank's programmes include scholarships with KSE University and its "Living Towards" platform, which has brought together more than 300,000 veterans and family members.
