Statement on SCM’s Real Estate Investments

SCM’s international investment portfolio has included a standalone premium real estate portfolio for over ten years, as has been publicly stated on multiple occasions. This portfolio has been developed as part of a broader strategy aimed at diversification of investment risks.

Among its assets is the La Renzo project, in which we made an investment on the primary market in 2021, in full compliance with the laws of Monaco. Pursuant to the terms of the investment agreement, its details are confidential and not subject to public disclosure.
