Backup power equipment has been installed at the city's critical infrastructure facilities.
As part of the Saving Lives humanitarian project, Metinvest Group continues to supply alternative energy sources to Ukrainian cities. The other day the initiative delivered 16 backup power generators from its partners to Zaporizhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Kamianske, and Pokrovsk.
All diesel generators are installed on critical infrastructure sites: boiler houses, points of invincibility, kindergartens, etc. Most of the equipment was donated by Strabag, an Austria-based construction company. The delivery was assisted by the Embassy of Ukraine in Austria, with the logistics provided by the Do it Together Fund of the Saving Lives project.
