SCM is Ukraine’s largest investment group that has a global presence. Businessman and philanthropist Rinat Akhmetov is the sole owner and investor of SCM.
Since 24 February 2022, SCM businesses, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, and FC Shakhtar have already donated UAH 4.3 billion to Ukraine and Ukrainian people. In particular, this amount includes humanitarian aid (food, medicines, essential items, evacuation, shelters, and other assistance; creation of the biggest online archive of Ukrainian witness accounts of the war hostilities committed by Russia) as well as help to the defence of the country (clothes, protective gear, cars, drones, thermal imagers, fortifications, first-aid kits, etc). Overall, humanitarian aid from SCM's businesses, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, and FC Shakhtar has reached 18 million people since 2014, helping 3.5 million people survive.
Humanitarian aid:
Rinat Akhmetov's businesses have launched the Saving Lives humanitarian project to prevent a humanitarian disaster in Ukraine. In coordination with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, Metinvest and DTEK joined efforts with international partners to arrange the procurement, delivery, and handover of food, water, and essentials to the communities. More than 370,000 Ukrainians have already benefited from the aid. Over 4 million tonnes of cargo have been sent to different regions of Ukraine. In total, the geography of aid covers 37 communities in five regions of Ukraine.
DTEK
● DTEK power engineers do everything they can to restore electricity supply as quickly as possible following Russian terrorist attacks.
● Since the outbreak of the all-out war, DTEK has been supplying free electricity to more than a hundred medical and military facilities. This aid helped the public sector institutions save
UAH 350 million.
● DTEK donated UAH 800 million to support the Ukrainian Army and humanitarian efforts.
● The company provided 200 vehicles to the Ukrainian Armed Forces that use them to protect civilians.
● DTEK handed over around 2,000 special emergency tourniquets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the territorial defenders.
● DTEK Energy businesses produced about 300 anti-tank hedgehogs to defend Ukrainian cities.
● DTEK provided warehouses for humanitarian assistance and premises for bomb shelters as well as helped equip the shelters. It supplies food, power generators, medical goods, and medicines for bomb shelters.
● DTEK evacuated more than 2,000 employees and their family members from the war zones. All evacuated employees receive the necessary transport, medical, and counselling support.
● Together with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, the company purchased and delivered food and medicine for residents of Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Zaporizhia oblasts.
● DTEK sourced generators to hospitals and local communities in a number of regions to provide autonomous power supply.
● The company supplied medicines, food, hygiene products for three children's hospitals in Kyiv. It also purchased five state-of-the-art wound treatment systems for the Okhmatdyt National Children's Hospital.
● DTEK Bilozerska mine provided 70 beds with mattresses, pillows, and bed linen to kindergartens in Bilozerske, which accommodates the internally displaced people from the areas of active hostilities.
● DTEK Academy developed an online programme to overcome anxiety.
● Corum arranged three bomb shelters in Druzhkivka and Kharkiv for employees and local residents, as well as delivered water and overalls.
● DTEK Kurakhivska TPP employees helped distribute drinking water in Kurakhove, Donetsk Oblast.
● DTEK Pavlohradvuhillia dormitories in Pershotravensk accommodated people from other Ukrainian regions, as well as local emergency response teams of State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The miners provided the first responders in Pavlohrad with a gasoline truck.
● DTEK Renewables bought first-aid supplies for the Territorial Defence Forces as well as two power generators for Mykolaiv Oblast.
● DTEK Renewables handed over an off-road vehicle, a power generator, and computer devices to border guards.
● DTEK Energy provided the local military administration in Vinnytsia Oblast with beds, mattresses, and pillows for IDPs. It also purchased fortification tools such as concrete blocks, rebars, and cinder bags for the territorial defenders. Territorial defenders in Lviv Oblast received portable radios.
● DTEK Energy introduced radiation monitoring at its enterprises.
● DTEK received 220 Starlink systems that could help restore energy infrastructure in combat zones quicker, even in the areas with restricted communications.
● The Company provided a diesel generator to the local community in Poltava Oblast.
● DTEK enterprises donated additional 22,000 litres of stabilised condensate, which can be used as fuel for vehicles and equipment as well as for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Territorial Defence Forces.
● DTEK Oil&Gas employees in Poltava became volunteers and helped the internally displaced people with clothing, food, and essentials.
● DTEK Energy provided buses to Zelenodolsk community and spent UAH 100,000 on medicines for people in Bilozerske.
● DTEK Energy and the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation bought and delivered almost 10 tonnes of humanitarian aid for Zelenodolsk community.
● DTEK Energy provided almost 350 tonnes of coal to fuel evacuation trains of Ukrzaliznytsia and 100 tonnes for the needs of local communities and social infrastructure facilities.
● DTEK Energy joined efforts with the Centre for Community Engagement operating in Burshtyn under the Local Economic Development Agency in Prykarpattia to launch Children's Smile project. The same project was launched in Ladyzhyn town, Vinnytsia Oblast.
● DTEK Group drivers helped evacuate Mariupol and Berdiansk residents.
● DTEK Renewables together with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation provided 55 types of medicines worth UAH 1.6 million to Pershotravensk and Pokrovsk communities in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and 10 heaters to Pokrovsk community.
● DTEK Group and other energy companies of Ukraine urged the international business community to stop buying Russian energy resources and terminate any exports of components and technologies for fuel and energy industry to Russia. The company launched #StopBloodyEnergy project.
● DTEK Energy supplied 3.5 tonnes of fuel to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and local community in Burshtyn.
● In March and April, nearly 200 employees of DTEK Energy in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast donated blood at the request of local medics.
● DTEK Renewables purchased and handed over 330 potable water barrels, 100 tonnes of chicken, 10,000 meat porridge cans, and 4,500 litres of diesel fuel to Mykolayiv and Mykolayiv Oblast.
● DTEK Renewables purchased ten two-way radios for border guards.
● DTEK Renewables bought 315 OSB plates for temporary sheathing of damaged buildings in Mykolaiv.
● DTEK Group donated emergency tourniquets worth UAH 400,000 to the military from Poltava Oblast.
● Schneider Electric and DTEK delivered the second batch of equipment to the Eastern Ukraine.
● Jointly with the UN, DTEK sent innovative water purification systems to Mykolaiv Oblast.
● DTEK sent another 39,000 litres of gas condensate worth over UAH 1.25 million to the Armed Forces and territorial defenders in Poltava Oblast.
● DTEK Renewables helped supply multifunctional lamps and spotlights to Mykolaiv Oblast.
● DTEK Group handed over mine clearance drones.
● DTEK Renewables donated fuel cards for a total of 5,700 litres to Mykolaiv Regional State Administration and Mykolaiv Regional Council.
● DTEK Energy delivered another humanitarian aid convoy from Schneider Electric to meet the needs of residents in Kurakhove, Dobropillia, and Bilozerske. In particular, they delivered modern equipment to help restore power supply: the equipment includes spotlights, portable head and pocket torches, extension cords and insulating tapes. The assistance is provided in coordination with the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.
● DTEK delivered the second batch of bulletproof vests and helmets to the Territorial Defence Forces in Kurakhove. Moreover, it provided communications systems: two-way radios to our defenders.
● DTEK Renewables delivered 1,430 m² of window glass to a charitable foundation in Mykolaiv. The humanitarian aid will be used to restore windows in residential buildings in Mykolaiv, which were damaged by the Russian shelling.
● DTEK handed over 10 body armour sets to territorial defenders of Berezanka community. The sets included bulletproof vests, helmets, and clothing.
● In early July 2022, DTEK Renewables delivered a large quantity of medicines, along with food packages from the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, to Berezanka, Mykolaiv Oblast. The medicines are for Berezanka Central District Hospital and Berezanka Centre for Primary Health Care.
● DTEK Group purchased and handed over 1,000 armoured plates worth UAH 1.3 million to Poltava Oblast Military Administration.
● DTEK Energy enterprises provided temporary or permanent accommodation to nearly
3,000 IDPs and their families.
● DTEK built a solar power station for one of the military units in the Southern Ukraine.
● DTEK Energy in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast provided 2 pickup trucks, 1 minibus, and 5 diesel generators, worth over UAH 1 million in total, for the needs of Ukrainian defenders. In addition, the power engineers made 5 field stoves that have already been delivered to the front line.
● Nearly 500 DTEK power engineers, miners, and mechanic engineers donated blood to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
● DTEK Energy repair crews produced 50 more field stoves. Overall, 110 field stoves have been sent to the front line.
● DTEK Energy in Dnipropetrovsk provided 150 m3 of firewood to Ukrzaliznytsia.
● DTEK Renewables provided two reinforced concrete shelters to Mykolaiv on the request of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration. Each shelter has a seating capacity of 15 and designed for temporary use as protection against the falling shrapnel or debris as well as the blast waves.
● DTEK Energy coal mining companies in Dnipro provided 530 m of metal pipes for the needs of Ukrzaliznytsia national rail operator. The pipes will be used to prepare for the autumn and winter season.
● DTEK Renewables handed over tactical first-aid kits, power banks, sleeping bags, and foam mats to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front military initiative. In addition, the company provided humanitarian assistance to evacuation centres in Mykolaiv: warm blankets, bed linen, and other important household stuffs.
● As part of the humanitarian relief, DTEK Renewables sent 42 tonnes of food products to form 6,460 food packages for Berezanka and Kobleve territorial communities.
● DTEK Energy employees regularly donate blood to help Ukrainian defenders and war victims.
● As part of Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front military initiative, DTEK Energy miners provide coal to keep Ukrainian defenders warm on the front line.
● DTEK Renewables and the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation provided 3,600 food packages to Velyka Oleksandrivka community in Kherson region.
● As part of Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front military initiative, DTEK started producing field stoves for the Ukrainian defenders. Over 300 field stoves have been already delivered to the frontlines.
● DTEK Renewables provided 1,000 litres of diesel fuel and 500 litres of petrol to Mykolaiv City.
● DTEK Energy provided 600 kg of metal to meet the needs of fire and rescue service in Dnipro.
● Due to joined efforts of DTEK and Hitachi Energy, Ukraine received 52 transformers to help it restore power supplies in the country.
● DTEK Renewables handed over 4.5 tonnes of food to the Svitli Spravy Foundation as part of the humanitarian relief efforts in Mykolaiv Oblast.
Asset report as of 13 January: All of DTEK's thermal power plants now operate normally. The only exceptions are Luhansk TPP that was shut down due to hostilities in the region, and Zaporizhia TPP that is operating to cover its needs because of the lack of fuel supplies. Since October 2022, Russia has launched 25 missile attacks on the energy facilities and infrastructure of DTEK Energy. In particular, Russian missiles hit Kryvorizka, Burshtynska, Ladyzhynska, and Prydnirpovska TPPs. Corum Group has partially relocated its production capacities to Khmelnytsky and Volyn oblasts. Tryfonivska SPP of DTEK Renewables resumed power generation following liberation of the area. The power engineers are working hard to ensure that the SPP returns to 70% of its capacity by early spring (now the facility is operating at 15% of the installed capacity).
Rebuilding and restoration works as of 13 January: Before the New Year, DTEK energy workers, together with specialists from other companies, completed the restoration of the power grid in the north of Kherson region. Since the beginning of this year, they have restored power to more than 90,000 homes in Kyiv, Donetsk, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts. Overall, the engineers have reconnected more than 6.5 million families since 24 February 2022. Despite the constant shelling, they keep working and start restoring power supplies as soon as greenlighted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
Metinvest
Over six months of the all-out war, Metinvest companies have donated UAH 2.8 billion in aid to Ukraine.
● Metinvest acts as an operating partner helping develop Mariupol Rebuilding Strategy.
● Assistance to IDPs (accommodation and food) in all areas where Metinvest Group operates. Metinvest prepared around 6,000 beds to accommodate the internally displaced people. The refugees receive the essentials such as drinking water, food, and medicines.
● Every month the company supplies thousands of bulletproof vests and helmets to the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the National Police, the State Emergency Service, representatives of utility and social services in the front-line settlements, as well as employees who have been drafted. The company has already provided 23,000 high-protection helmets and 150,000 bulletproof vests. In particular, Metinvest provided more than 7,000 bulletproof vests to the South Rapid Response Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine, fulling covering the needs of the corps.
● Metinvest produced more than 50 steel prefabricated shelters for dugouts that have been already delivered to the defenders. A 2x6 m special metal cover is designed to strengthen the trench and thus protect and save the lives of Ukrainian soldiers. Overall, the company has made 70 such capsules.
● Metinvest opened humanitarian aid collection points for residents in Pokrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Myrnohrad, Avdiivka, Kamianske, and Mariupol.
Ukrainian hospitals received more than UAH 130 million in aid as part of the Saving Lives project launched by Metinvest in concert with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation. This much-needed aid goes to Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Avdiivka, Myrnohrad, Kamianske, Pokrovsk, and other areas where the company operates.
● Metinvest purchased 1,600 thermal imagers, 27,000 emergency military tourniquets, and
500 first-aid kits.
● The company's businesses handed over 312 vehicles of different types to Ukrainian defenders.
● Metinvest provided 1,000 drones to the military.
● In addition, the company donated 1 million tonnes of fuel for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
● Around 50,000 anti-tank hedgehogs and 20,000 spike strips made of Metinvest's steel have been delivered so far.
● Metinvest Group joined efforts with AV Metal Group and ZRN Plant of Platform Gratings to launch production of HESCO bastions for the territorial defenders and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
● The company made available almost 4,000 jobs for IDPs from Mariupol in Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, and Pokrovsk
● Metinvest Group volunteers gathered more than 100 kg of humanitarian aid for the war-affected people, which includes food, drinking water, clothes, footwear, medicines, blankets, pillows, etc.
● Pokrovskvuhillia helped evacuate people from Volnovakha.
● The company launched the Metinvest – Together! psychological support service for employees that has held over 2,070 psychological sessions to date.
● Pokrovskvuhillia provided 50 m3 of lumber for outfitting the bomb shelters and basements in Pokrovsk.
● Pokrovskvuhillia supplied 100 concrete blocks, sand, and 50 m3 of lumber for the construction of roadblocks and checkpoints. The welders helped make anti-tank hedgehogs for the Territorial Defence Forces. The company also provided batteries, fuel, food, and essentials to the defenders.
Since 2022, the companies of the Group have provided more than 1,450 tonnes of vitally important oxygen to the Ukrainian medical facilities to treat COVID-19 infected patients.
● Kametstal provided 32 two-way radios to law enforcers and another 15 to territorial defenders. Also, territorial defenders and law enforcement officers in Kamianske received 2 onsite communication stations.
● Zaporizhstal created the Humanitarian Mission Coordination Centre on its premises to help all the regions of Ukraine.
● Metinvest joined efforts with Kryvyi Rih Future Foundation to provide essential medicines to the Centre for Primary Health Care of Lozuvata Village Council.
● The Company purchased 1,610 medical kits worth UAH 700,000 for hospitals in Zaporizhia.
● Metinvest provides accommodation to Mariupol residents that found refuge in Zaporizhia.
● Within two weeks, twenty volunteer drivers of Pokrovskvuhillia, Metinvest Group, used
15 company buses to take out at least a thousand Mariupol residents, including 120 children from local orphanage, who were able to get to Berdiansk on their own.
● Metinvest Group made available about 4,000 job openings for employees of Mariupol plants through Metinvest Career Centres in Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, and Pokrovsk.
● Metinvest Group launched a rehabilitation and reintegration centre for IDPs in Zaporizhia.
● Metinvest supported a specialised site set up to repair military motor vehicles in Zaporizhia.
● The Company donated modern protective gear for journalists working in combat areas. In particular, ten sets of reliable bulletproof vests and helmets have been handed over to editorial offices of 1+1, ICTV, Espresso TV, and Suspilne TV channels, as well as Obozrevatel online news agency.
● Metinvest Group handed over 1,000 special sets of body armour, helmets and thermal imagers worth $2.5 million in total to the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
● The Company sent another batch of aid to the Ukrainian ground troops, including over
60 drones and 50 helmet-mounted thermal imagers with night vision devices. Overall, Metinvest's assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine amounts to UAH 10 million.
● Metinvest and the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation sourced equipment and medicines to a military hospital in Zaporizhia.
● Metinvest handed over 4,000 mattresses, pillows, and blankets to Kamianske and Kryvyi Rih to arrange accommodation for IDPs.
● The Company provided construction materials to help arrange shelters for IDPs in Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts.
● Zaporizhstal handed over 1,000 bulletproof vests and 700 helmets to the military.
● Metinvest handed over 120 drones to the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defence, including 20 drones equipped with thermal imagers and remote control systems. The total cost of equipment is $500,000.
● Metinvest provided 120 thermal imagers to the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defence.
● Metinvest Group provided 20 special-purpose ambulances to medics of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The total cost of ambulances including the cost of repairs and delivery to Ukraine is €300,000.
● With the support of Metinvest Group, Karpivka, Shyroke, Novolativka, Lozuvata, Hleyuvatka, and Petrove communities received home appliances and construction materials to arrange accommodations for IDPs.
● Metinvest handed over 2,500 mattresses, blankets, and pillows for IDP shelters in Kryvyi Rih.
● Inhulets GOK specialists started the production of small infantry spades (MPL-50), a must-have tool for the military.
● Ukrtransgaz and Metinvest started producing field stoves, IED grappling hooks and fire extinguishers for our defenders. Steelmakers have already provided over 6 tonnes of metal products that will be used by Ukrtransgaz facilities to produce about 5,000 items.
● Metinvest in Kryvyi Rih organises retraining courses for their Mariupol employees.
● Metinvest supports the IDPs who have found refuge in Kryvyi Rih. The company allocated UAH 10 million in aid additionally to help purchase food and other essentials.
● Metinvest handed over another 150 drones (DJI Mavic 3), including 20 drones to the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and 130 drones to the Ground Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
● Metinvest Group's Zaporizhstal, together with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, donated two backup power systems (power generators) to Zaporizhia City Hospital No. 9 and Zaporizhia Emergency Hospital.
● Zaporizhstal and the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation handed over modern operation theatre equipment to the surgery department of a military hospital in Zaporizhia: two anaesthetics machines with multigas modules. In addition, the Company provided consumables worth
UAH 200,000 in total: medical gloves, syringes, alcohol, etc.
● Zaporizhstal helps Give a Paw, Friend animal rescue shelter in Zaporizhia, which takes care of animals in trouble. Overall, the plant has provided 3 tonnes of dog food to the facility during the war.
● The Group provided a digital X-Ray system to emergency hospital No. 8 in Kamianske.
● The company helped improve accommodation for nearly 850 IDPs in six communities of Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad oblasts.
● Metinvest provided a new batch of drones worth UAH 3 million in total the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.
● Avdiivka Coke employees delivered field stoves and cooking pots to Avdiivka residents. Right now this is the only way to cook hot meals in the city.
● Metinvest's Pokrovskvuhillia and engineers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine help build fortification structures in the fields of Donetsk Oblast.
● Metinvest Group organised first-aid training courses for over 2,000 employees from
17 companies operating in Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, Pokrovsk, and Avdiivka.
● Soldiers of a separate brigade of the Territorial Forces received 1,000 sets of military uniforms from Zaporizhstal.
● Metinvest provided 34 tonnes of fuel to Avdiivka critical infrastructure services.
● Metinvest supported the decision to create the Coordination Centre for the Treatment of Prisoners of War. The company provided all the required facilities worth UAH 2 million in total: office equipment, furniture, and vehicles.
● Metinvest provided the equipment worth over UAH 30 million to the Centre of Special Operations “A” of the MoD of Ukraine.
● The company runs several corporate IDP support initiatives: the Home for Friends programme, the relocation allowance, and settling-in allowance payments. There are also programmes for those who want undergo retraining and continue to work within the Group.
● In Kryvyi Rih, Metinvest's bomb shelters on the site of its enterprises have everything necessary for a long stay of employees. The bomb shelters can accommodate nearly 18,500 people.
● Metinvest handed over 300 more drones to the Ukrainian ground troops and intelligence officers of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
● Zaporizhstal purchased about 800 litres of fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
● Metinvest-SMC provided more than 500 tonnes of steel plates to Lviv Defence Cluster that were used to produce bulletproof vests for Ukrainian defenders. As a result of this cooperation,
80,000 soldiers and specialists in the war zone have protective gear.
● Zaporizhia-based military hospital that treats injured or seriously ill Ukrainian fighters received nearly 18,000 units of medicine worth over UAH 525,000 from the company.
● Kryvyi Rih hospitals received high-tech equipment worth UAH 12.3 million for operating rooms as part of the Saving Lives project launched by Metinvest in concert with the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation.
● As part of Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front initiative, 10 drones were delivered to the military units that are fighting against the enemy in Donbas region.
● Members of the 4th Fire and Rescue Unit in Zaporizhia Oblast received 100 full-face masks from Zaporizhstal.
● Metinvest Group and Ukrtransgaz delivered over 60 turbo stoves to different war zones to meet the needs of Metinvest's employees who are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The turbo stoves were manufactured as part of a joint project, with Metinvest providing over
6,000 t of metal for their production. Currently, about 130 turbo stoves have been made of Metinvest’s steel by Ukrtransgaz and sent to the front lines.
● Metinvest Group joined efforts with the United24 fundraising platform to create a limited series of bracelets (100,000) made from the last pre-war batch of metal produced by the legendary Mariupol-based Azovstal as part of the Symbol of Invincibility. Azovstal initiative. All the proceeds from the sale of the bracelets, UAH 94 million, were used to finance the Army of Drones project and the Shahed Catcher Counter-Drone system.
● Metinvest's Zaporizhstal provided protective gear to local utilities: Vodokanal (water supply), Zelenbud (landscaping and improvements), ELUASH (road management), Zaporizhmisksvitlo (outdoor lighting), Titan (maintenance and repair of fountains and parks), Zaporizhremservice and District Heating Company. The company provided 300 Level IV+ bulletproof vests and 150 helmets.
● Metinvest-SMC n Kryvyi Rih sent another batch of metal to the army: nearly 7 tonnes of rebars. The company joined efforts with RGC Production to produce 20,000 cramp irons for the military that are fighting in Donetsk region. The finished products have been already delivered to the front line.
● The Company provided 30 tonnes of coal to keep Ukrainian defenders warm on the frontlines in Avdiivka area.
● Transportation Directorate of Metinvest's Pokrovskvuhillia supplied 5 m3 of firewood to Avdiivka and New York village. The front-line settlements have been severely damaged as a result of constant shelling. The areas are left without central heating. So they need firewood to provide heating to the critical infrastructure facilities.
● Kamianske A&E hospital received two modern operating tables equipped with all the necessary accessories worth UAH 4.5 million in total.
● Metinvest provided UAH 160,000 worth of medicines to a hospital in Myrnohrad.
● As part of Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front Initiative, Metinvest provided 110 thermal imaging rifle scopes worth UAH 11 million to the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.

Asset report as of 13 January: Avdiivka Coke is cold mothballed. Zaporizhia Foundry and Mechanical Plant, Zaporizhstal, Zaporizhia Coke Plant, and Zaporizhvohnetryv have partially resumed production. Production at Inhulets and Southern GOKs has been suspended, Kamianske-based Kametstal scales down operations. Northern GOK is also suspending production. Central GOK keeps operating at reduced capacities. Other companies of the Group operate as usual. Kametstal resumed steel production after the blackouts.

Our repair crews work daily in all areas where possible to repair damages and resume services.
● Ukrtelecom provided 179 motor vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and territorial defenders.
● In 2022, the company paid over UAH 1.12 billion in taxes and duties to the national and local budgets.
● Ukrtelecom donated more than UAH 50 million to help the country and its defenders.
● The company sourced almost 3,000 first-aid kits, 4,000 emergency tourniquets, 2,000 bleed stop bandages, 50 tactical stretchers, over 180 two-way radios, and 23 generators to the Armed Forces.
● TriMob mobile operator provides all roaming services in Vodafone Ukraine, Kyivstar, and lifecell networks.

About 60% of Ukrtelecom's subscribers already enjoy Internet connectivity, which is independent of rolling or emergency electricity blackouts. Asset report as of 13 January: Ukrtelecom's critical infrastructure and national transport network are operational. The services are available in all regions, except Luhansk and partly Kherson oblasts. Internet services are available in 87% of Ukrainian localities covered by the operator's network. Ukrtelecom continues doing everything it can to provide services even amid frequent long power outages, emergency and rolling blackouts. The most important networking equipment sites are connected to autonomous power generators and have diesel fuel in stock for at least a day of operation. The company's staff members fix accidents, deliver fuel when needed, and refuel generators to keep the network up and running.
Rebuilding and restoration works as of 13 January: Ukrtelecom continues efforts to restart the telecoms services after enemy shelling, doing everything it can to re-establish connectivity and repair the damaged equipment. The company's specialists work daily to reconnect liberated areas in Kherson, Kharkiv, and Donetsk oblasts. They restarted a major networking equipment site in Kherson.
FUIB
● Since the onset of the war, the bank has paid UAH 1 billion to the national budget. In addition, the bank paid more than UAH 299 million in taxes upfront.
● FUIB supports all its banking services and FUIB Online mobile app. Cashless transactions are unrestricted. FUIB's cards are accepted both in Ukraine and abroad.
● When the war broke out, FUIB offered a service of quick fee-free transfer of any amount in support of Ukrainian soldiers through the PUMB Online mobile application, the PayHub payment platform, and cash desks of operating outlets. The bank partners with many charity foundations providing for Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers and has helped Ukrainians transfer more than UAH 319 million.
● Since the onset of the all-out war, FUIB has introduced a 6-month financial burden alleviation programme to support its clients, and reduced or cancelled some fees for its services (for more information, please go to https://www.pumb.ua/credit-holidays). About 80% of the bank's clients took advantage of the payment break programme. In addition, the bank extended the validity of all FUIB cards until the end of 2022.
● 355,000 Ukrainians received the government aid through FUIB to a total of UAH 1.8 billion.
● FUIB provided UAH 11 billion worth of credit support to businesses since the beginning of the war. It is the most active commercial bank doing lending under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% programme. The bank channelled UAH 3 billion to finance agricultural producers.
● The bank developed Everything Will Be Ukraine, a product for businesses that had to relocate their facilities, and launched vseBUSINESS, a new online loan for business development and support of sole proprietors. It offers quick loans of up to UAH 500,000 without collateral for two years.
● FUIB supports the programme for free delivery of humanitarian aid from abroad, which is collected by volunteers globally.
● FUIB helps Ukraine bring its victory closer by meeting the procurement demands of the army. So far, the bank has sourced more than UAH 77 million to provide assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Territorial Defence Forces, State Emergency Service of Ukraine, National Police, and the Security Service of Ukraine. The funds were used to buy bulletproof vests, helmets, gas masks, thermal imagers, tactical backpacks and gloves, drones, vehicles and fuel, medicines, and food. The bank hands over 40% of its armoured vehicles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Police, and Territorial Defence Forces as well as to organisations providing humanitarian assistance.
● FUIB channelled UAH 110 million to help its employees, in particular those endangered, hard up or in dire straits due to loss of housing. The bank pays extras to staff members working in unsafe areas, and supports their families relocating from the occupied territories.
● FUIB retains jobs and salaries of its conscripted employees and donated UAH 1.3 million to buy bulletproof vests for them.
● FUIB initiated a We Are of One Blood project: FUIB transfers 50% of the value of every order of merchandise to DonorUA and Blood Agents NGOs to meet the needs for donor blood, deliver blood components to hot spots, and purchase tactical medicines for Ukrainian soldiers. In total, the initiative has raised UAH 2.5 million for the cause.
● At its Resilience Event with business clients, the bank held a charity auction, having raised UAH 1.4 million that were later distributed between the We Will Win Foundation and Blood Agents and DonorUA NGOs. They will use the funds to equip pickup trucks with mobile stations for electromagnetic warfare against missiles and drones, deliver eight vital supplies of blood to hot spots and buy 215 sets of tactical medicines, including bleed stop bandages and Israeli bandages.
● FUIB donated UAH 200,000 to the Charity Foundation of Serhiy Prytula and COMFY retailer of technology products to buy 15 Valkyrie stealthy drones.
● FUIB donated UAH 1 million to the Charity Foundation of Serhiy Prytula to buy Spartan armoured personnel carriers for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Together with the Ivan Honchar Museum, TSUM produced a collection of charity promotional items. The money raised from sales will be spent to preserve the Museum's collection and restore Ukraine (a charitable arm of UNITED 24 national fundraising platform).
Harveast Holding
● The company helps with subsidised bread and milk deliveries in the regions of its operations.
● Harveast Holding supplies food to the troops.
● Alongside other agricultural businesses of Ukraine, Harveast Holding urges the world's biggest grain traders to stop buying grains and food supplies from Russia.
● The company sourced 4.5 tonnes of diesel fuel, 6 vehicles, and 1 drone for the Ukrainian troops.
● It channels money to procure fuel, special vehicles, and armour for the troops.
● Harveast Holding is going to sell a part of the print run of its X-TRACT book published to mark its 10th anniversary. All funds raised from sales will be spent to provide further assistance to the military unit that defends Donetsk Oblast from Russian invaders.
UMG Investments
● The company's procurement and logistics experts collect requests from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Territorial Defence fighters and volunteers, and search for the necessary supplies and raise funds. Together with its partners, the Company purchased and handed over to Ukrainian defenders hundreds of equipment units and overalls – body armour, helmets, thermal imagers, walkie-talkies, satellite phones, sleeping bags, thermal underwear and footwear.
● UMG Investments helps Lviv Defence Cluster, an NGO appointed by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine to lead the volunteer movement and arrange the production of bulletproof vests. UMG helped produce more than 500 bulletproof vests for our defenders.
● Vesco buses helped evacuate civilians from Mariupol.
FC Shakhtar
● FC Shakhtar President Rinat Akhmetov has decided to channel UAH 60 million to support clubs and children's football projects.
● The club raised UAH 44 million in donations for Ukraine since the beginning of its Shakhtar Global Tour for Peace. The funds raised are used to buy everything required for Ukrainian defenders, civilians, and children affected by the war.
● In response to a request from the club's representatives, the European Club Association (ECA) will donate €1 million to Ukraine.
● The club deployed a support centre for the internally displaced people at Arena Lviv. Since the outbreak of the war, Shelter Centre has already accepted 1,100 IDPs from various regions.
● As part of the charity project, Shakhtar Social Foundation, jointly with the European Football for Development Network and Fundacja Legii social foundation, launched a campaign in support of Ukraine and its residents. Thirteen European clubs have already joined the initiative. Two batches of humanitarian cargo weighing over 14 tonnes have already been delivered to Arena Lviv for IDPs from different Ukrainian regions.
● FC Shakhtar's buses helped take IDPs to accommodations in Lviv Oblast.
